Our counselors conduct an in-depth interview and complete a detailed application with qualified nanny candidates. You will be presented with those nanny candidates that best suit your family's individual needs.

Child-care and character references

About our nannies:

  All of our nannies are at least 18 or older, have a minimum
  of  2 excellent child-care references, are legal and have
  a high-school diploma or equivalency.

Many nannies are college educated
Nearly all of our nannies drive
Many of our nannies have special talents and interests such
  as: fluency in a foreign language, musical instrument,
  computer proficiency, cooking, arts & crafts, life-guard
  training, coaching experience (tennis, soccer, basketball,
  field hockey, swimming, etc.)

Our nannies seek a family environment, which will encourage
  personal growth and provide a strong learning experience.

Family Responsibilities:

  Provide room and board for nanny
Provide competitive salary based on nanny's experience,
  education and responsibilities

Provide written job description, outlining nanny's working
  hours, responsibilities, and benefits.

Provide a contribution towards medical benefits
  (terms and conditions of each policy will be negotiated
  on an individual basis).

Complete all required agency paperwork and satisfy
  financial agreements with agency
